What multifloral means: monofloral Manuka comes mostly from the Manuka bush, and has to meet the government's highest levels for the Manuka chemical markers — our monofloral jars start at MGO 100+. Multifloral passes the same test for Manuka pollen DNA, with lower required marker levels to reflect the mix of flowers the bees worked. Both are genuine New Zealand Manuka, tested against the same standard. The label tells you which one you're buying.
