Refund policy

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality service and products! If you are not happy with the products that you have ordered, please return your unused and re-sellable items to us, in the original packaging. Please also include the original receipt, within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment. When the item has been received, refund will be issued, less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on any products that have been opened, used, or where the original packaging has been changed or altered in any way. We are unable to accept returns from Amazon or other retailers.

All our products are as natural as can be and will vary from batch to batch. This could be color, texture and/or taste. Since we don't pasteurize our honey to preserve all the natural benefits crystallization may occur. The honey can be gently warmed at no more than 100 degrees to melt the crystals.
