California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

At Pacific Resources International (PRI), we are committed to ethical sourcing, sustainable business practices, and the fair treatment of workers across our global supply chain.

In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), we are pleased to disclose the efforts we undertake to address the risks of human trafficking and slavery in our operations and supply chains:

1. Supplier Verification

We assess supply chain risk based on the geographic origin of materials, product category, and supplier certifications. While we do not currently engage third-party auditors, we evaluate our suppliers internally and prioritize partnerships with producers who meet or exceed internationally recognized labor and environmental standards.

2. Supplier Certification

All suppliers are required to certify that the materials used in our products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the countries in which they do business. This certification is integrated into our supplier agreements.

3. Auditing

While PRI does not currently conduct independent third-party audits, we reserve the right to request documentation and conduct on-site assessments if concerns arise regarding labor practices or ethical compliance.

4. Internal Accountability

PRI maintains internal policies and standards of conduct prohibiting forced labor, child labor, and other unethical practices. Any violations of these standards by employees or suppliers may result in disciplinary action or termination of the business relationship.

5. Training

We are in the process of implementing training programs for our procurement and compliance teams to help them identify and respond to risks associated with human trafficking and slavery in the supply chain.
