Shipping Policy

• $49 minimum on all orders to receive free shipping
• 3-5 business days for all order processing
• Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the following business day (includes weekends and holidays)
• Shipping time starts when package has left our warehouse.
• We ship to all U.S. zip codes and P.O Boxes
• Ship to all military addresses in the U.S. and most U.S. territories (Puerto Rico)

Return Policy

• PRI will accept returns/exchanges if product is damaged upon arrival. This does not include damage to outside shipping box.
• PRI will not accept any open or broken sealed products for refund or exchanges.
• PRI will not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons
• changed mind, did not like it, no longer needed/wanted, don’t like the taste, smell, look, etc. arrived too late
• returns/exchanges must be made (requested) within 10 days of order arrival.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Customer is responsible for any damages during return shipping. (please pack items carefully)
• PRI will not accept exchanges/ returns after 30 days. No exceptions

Discount Policy

• 1 discount per customer per order. No exceptions
• PRI will not accept/honor expired coupons or promotions. No exceptions
• Discounts and promotions does not include out of stock items
• Cannot be substituted for cash value or other products.
• Make sure discount code is accepted before payment. We will not be able to alter the order in any way once payment is accepted.
• Changes will not be made to any order after payment. Please make sure your order is correct.
• Customer may cancel order within 24 hours of payment. (business hours only)
