Are my past orders, points, and subscriptions safe?
Yes! Absolutely nothing has been lost. Your entire order history, your active subscriptions, and your loyalty points are all exactly where you left them. As long as you log in using the same email address you used for past purchases, all of your information will be waiting for you on your new account dashboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I enter my password? You don't! We no longer use passwords. The 6-digit code sent to your email acts as your secure, one-time key every time you want to log in.
I didn’t receive my 6-digit code. What do I do? The code usually arrives within a few seconds. If you don't see it, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, you can click "Resend code" on the login screen.
I logged in, but my order history and points are missing. Why? Our system automatically links your account to your email address. If your account looks empty, you likely logged in with a different email address than the one you originally used to check out. Try logging out and entering the exact email address where you normally receive your order receipts.
How do I manage my subscriptions now? Once you are logged in, simply look for the Manage Subscriptions button on your main account page. Clicking it will take you straight to your subscription portal—no extra passwords required!
