1. Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt: Starting with a creamy base, coconut yogurt adds a rich texture while being dairy-free. It's also a source of healthy fats and probiotics that support gut health. Feel free to swap with regular, organic yogurt if you can eat dairy!
2. Peanut Butter: Peanut butter introduces a delightful nutty flavor, along with protein and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats to help keep you satisfied for longer.

- ⅓ cup runny peanut butter
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp PRI Manuka Honey 500+
- 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 2-3 tbsp chopped nuts (we used a blend of peanuts, cashew, and almonds)
- 1 cup chocolate chips

1. Mix unsweetened coconut yogurt, runny peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, and PRI Manuka Honey 500+ in a bowl. This blend delivers a protein-packed, probiotic-rich batter that's a feast for your taste buds.

3. Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper in a circular shape, creating the base of your bars. Insert a popsicle stick and layer on more batter until it covers the stick.
