Mother nature at work!

I had seen a nutritionist talk about this on morning news segment. I suffer from GERD and my wife has digestive issues. After a few days her and I felt alot better. I do recommend to not take it straight as it has a medicine taste. Take it with some Greek yogurt and fresh fruit or in a smoothie. They true test was when my wife at an Italian dinner. All of the trigger items. Grease, tomato sauce, and spices. No issues!

Delicious Honey! UMF Registered - the real deal

I did a lot of research on Manuka Honey. The only way you are guaranteed if the honey has the natural non-peroxide antibacterial activity stated on the label is if it is UMF registered. (Unique Manuka Factor) The beekeeper has to be a member of the New Zealand UMF Honey Association (Check out umf.org.nz ). Mossop's is a licensed member has been around for over 65 years. UMF honey is more expensive than honey that is listed just as "active or bio-active". UMF means it has been tested and verified by an independent scientific laboratory, "active" is very loose term and can mean anything. There is a lot of information available online on the subject. The label of the Mossop's Jar has a UMF register mark on it. I contacted Mossop's in New Zealand and confirmed with them that Pacific Resources International is indeed their US distributor. The honey was delicious by the way. We went through it very quickly.
