My office was just cycling the flu this fall/winter. Even with my cube mates coughing and blowing their noses I did not get sick, not even once this year. I did feel like I was getting an itchy throat or a stuffy nose but I would take it 3 times a day for a couple days and never got sick. I will not be running out of this any time soon!!

Got a low tickling cough that is keeping you up at night? That is why I bought these and they worked much better than the well know brands of menthol or lemon honey. You will have to try these because that is the only way you will see how good they are.
